TaxFlow AI, Inc. (“TaxFlow AI,” “we,” “us”) provides an automated tax document collection service used by CPA and tax firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you — whether you are a firm using the service or an individual completing a document authorization.
We do not store end clients’ login credentials. Credentials are used only during the live retrieval session and are never written to disk or retained. Sessions are terminated immediately after retrieval, and only the collected documents are delivered to the firm.
We do not sell personal information.
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and limited retention of documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the data we hold.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described here, or meet legal obligations. When documents or data are no longer needed, we delete or de-identify them.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are an end client, you may also contact the firm that requested your documents for assistance. To exercise any rights, contact us using the details below.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify firms using the service.
